Project Duties: Perform gravity design of foundations, walls, and roof framing members. Perform lateral design of horizontal roof diaphragms and vertical shear walls to resist wind and seismic forces. Provide structural calculations as well as mark-up & drafting of the structural drawings. Respond to City Plan Check comments and provided construction administration services.

Project Description: The project consists of, a 14,940 square foot one story retail building. The structure was wood framed and designed to meet the provisions of the 2001 California Building Code.
