Description:  This historic four story unreinforced brick masonry hotel in Redding California was neglected and underutilized.  Duquette Engineering provided the structural engineering for the seismic retrofit and repurposing of this building to better fit the current needs of the area.  The building was remodeled and is currently in use as low income senior housing.
