Description:  Originally this historic 5 story reinforced concrete building was retail and offices for downtown San Jose.  The upper 4 floors had been unoccupied for many years.  Duquette Engineering provided the structural engineering for the seismic retrofit and repurposing of this building to better fit the current needs of the downtown.  The upper 4 floors were remodeled and sold as luxury condominium units.
