Description:  The San Pedro Square Market began as a group of vacant and underutilized buildings in down town San Jose, California.  A concrete tilt-up building at the corner of North Almaden Avenue and West Saint John Street, and two historic unreinforced brick buildings on San Pedro Street, all surrounding the historic Luis Maria Peralta Adobe.  The project required structural retrofit and tenant improvements for all three buildings, as well as construction of a new 5,600 square foot structural steel building at the corner of West Saint John and San Pedro Streets.
