Description:  This beautiful office building had very humble beginnings as a one-story warehouse.  Duquette Engineering worked with the developer, architect and general contractor to install a new steel second floor at ground level to stabilize the existing structure and then raise the existing building to provide new ground level parking below.  The renovated warehouse structure is now prime office space just off El Camino Real in Palo Alto, California.
