Description:  Designed in a Spanish Colonial Village style, this new housing development is in the heart of San Jose! Tierra Encantada is intended to address the housing needs of everyone, by offering affordable apartment homes along the major bus lines and light rail line, for direct access to downtown San Jose.  Duquette engineering worked closely with the developer and the architect to provide an economical structural design for the three-story wood frame apartment structure.
